Role Description The Operations & Service Coordination Intern role at MachineryFix is an on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area (Uppal).

In this role, you will be responsible for handling client calls regarding equipment breakdowns, conducting research on incoming machinery issues, and identifying the specific certified technician required for the job. Daily tasks include managing work orders, maintaining end-to-end documentation of service activities, tracking technician dispatch, and ensuring smooth communication between factory managers and field technicians. You will play a vital role in upholding MachineryFix’s standardized procedures and delivering prompt, reliable customer support.

Qualifications & Requirements

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze incoming service complaints,



interpret machinery breakdown context, and identify root technical requirements to assign the right specialized technician.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to clearly coordinate with plant teams, manage client expectations, and document maintenance activities accurately.

Sales-Related & Client Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients, represent MachineryFix professionally over calls, and identify opportunities for additional support or services.

Operations & Project Management: Capability to prioritize incoming breakdown requests, manage multiple work orders simultaneously, and ensure timely resolution of service dispatches.

Documentation & Process Focus: Strong organization skills for managing digital service logs, record-keeping, and adhering to operational standards.

Location: Ability to work on-site in the Greater Hyderabad Area, with flexibility to manage urgent service calls.
