Role Description The Operations P&L; Lead will oversee end-to-end operational performance and profitability for Bridgeway Power’s solar projects and services. This full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi involves managing budgets, monitoring project and service margins, and ensuring accurate financial reporting across operations. The role includes coordinating with project execution, procurement, and service teams to control costs, optimize resource allocation, and improve process efficiency.

The Operations P&L; Lead will track key performance indicators, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to meet financial and operational targets. This position will also contribute to strategic planning,



risk management, and continuous improvement to support the company’s growth and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

Strong operations management and P&L; ownership experience, including budgeting, cost control, and margin optimization.

Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and use insights to drive operational decisions.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in project-based or service-oriented environments, ideally in energy, infrastructure, or related sectors.

Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial/ERP tools; comfort with data-driven performance monitoring and KPIs.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Understanding of solar energy or renewable power operations is preferred, along with a strong interest in sustainability.

Ability to work on-site in South Delhi and collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams.
