Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end medical coding operations across multiple accounts and teams.
- Drive productivity, quality, SLA, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, HIPAA, and client-specific coding guidelines.
- Manage client relationships, governance calls, and operational escalations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Operations Managers, Team Leads, and coding teams.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.
- Manage risk, business continuity, and continuous improvement programs.

What We're Looking For ✔ 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare/Medical Coding Operations.

✔ 3–6+ years in a leadership role (Operations Manager/Senior Operations Manager/Assistant Manager).





✔ Experience managing large-scale, multi-client medical coding operations.

✔ Solid knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, payer guidelines, HIPAA, and quality compliance.

✔ CPC/CCS/CIC certification is preferred.

✔ Experience leading teams of 150+ FTEs through multiple levels of leadership.
