About Nouria Nouria is a growing premium fashion brand, and we’re looking for a mid-level Operations Manager to take ownership of the backend engine that keeps our business running seamlessly. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, creating structure and making operations more efficient in a fast-growing fashion/D2C environment.

The Role

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving Nouria’s end-to-end operational processes — from inventory and order fulfilment to logistics, ERP management and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with management and multiple teams to ensure that operations run smoothly, efficiently and with clear accountability. This is not just an execution role.

You will be expected to identify gaps, build processes, implement systems and continuously improve the way we operate.

What You’ll Be Responsible For * Overseeing end-to-end backend operations

- Managing inventory, stock movement, stock reconciliation and availability
- Managing order processing, fulfilment, returns, exchanges and RTOs

Coordinating with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment

Managing and improving our operations ERP and backend systems

- Developing, documenting and implementing SOPs across operational functions
- Coordinating with production, warehouse, customer service, finance and other teams

Identifying operational gaps and implementing effective solutions

Ensuring smooth flow of information and timely execution across departments

- Preparing operations for recent collection launches, campaigns, sales and high-volume periods

Tracking operational performance and ensuring accountability across teams

Monitoring operational costs and identifying opportunities for improvement

Creating operational reports and dashboards for management





Building processes that make operations more structured, efficient and scalable Must-Have Skills & Experience * 2–5 years of experience in operations, preferably within fashion, apparel, D2C, e-commerce, retail or consumer brands

- Strong experience in inventory management and order fulfilment
- Experience managing returns, exchanges and RTOs
- Working knowledge of ERP, inventory management or order management systems
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience coordinating with warehouses, logistics partners and external vendors

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to create, implement and maintain SOPs and operational processes

Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills
