Duomodo Ecom is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to support product preparation, packing, inventory, quality control and e-commerce order fulfilment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

⁠ ⁠Prepare and pack products according to company procedures

⁠ ⁠Process orders accurately within dispatch timelines

⁠ ⁠Verify products, quantities, labels and order details

⁠ ⁠Perform quality checks before dispatch

⁠ ⁠Organise products and packing materials

⁠ ⁠Update stock, order and dispatch records

⁠ ⁠Operate basic weighing, sealing, printing and packing equipment

⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace

⁠ ⁠Report damaged products, stock discrepancies and low inventory

⁠ ⁠Maintain confidentiality regarding company products and processes

✅ REQUIREMENTS

⁠ ⁠Plus Two preferred

⁠ ⁠Basic computer, internet and software knowledge





⁠ ⁠Comfortable with data entry, email, printing and spreadsheets

⁠ ⁠Willing to be trained in Shopify and other order-management software

⁠ ⁠Able to read product and order information in English

⁠ ⁠Comfortable communicating in Malayalam

⁠ ⁠Good counting ability and attention to detail

⁠ ⁠Reliable, punctual and willing to follow documented procedures

Previous experience in any one of the following areas is positive to have, but not mandatory: perfumery, fragrance or cosmetics handling, cloud kitchens, perishable products, packing operations, e-commerce fulfilment, inventory or dispatch.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
