- Drive Process Excellence initiatives through program governance, project reviews, communication, training and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

- Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Change Management tools to improve processes, productivity, quality and cost.

- Possess solid technical knowledge of machines, moulds, products and manufacturing processes.

- Support Operations Management through effective problem-solving, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

- Lead improvement projects with proper planning, execution, monitoring and project management.

- Prepare and present monthly MIS on Operations Performance for Management Review Meetings (MRM).

- Drive Operational Excellence initiatives across production and support functions to improve efficiency and eliminate losses.

- Analyse operational data and identify opportunities for productivity improvement, waste reduction and cost optimization.

- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, analytical and organizational skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.

- Ensure achievement of operational targets and strategic objectives while maintaining optimal efficiency at the lowest possible cost.
