Role : Operations Executive – Mutual Funds

Roles & Responsibilities :

Execute mutual fund transactions accurately through NSE NMF II and other relevant platforms.

Process purchases, redemptions, SIPs, STPs, SWPs, switches, and other investor transactions.

Handle client onboarding, KYC, CKYC, FATCA, nomination, and related documentation.

Ensure timely execution of all transactions while maintaining high accuracy and service standards.

Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, and Relationship Managers for smooth transaction processing.

Maintain client records, documentation, and MIS reports.





Resolve operational queries and provide prompt support to Relationship Managers and clients.

Follow internal SOPs and ensure compliance with regulatory and company processes. What We’re Looking For :

Experience in mutual fund operations with hands-on knowledge of NSE NMF II transactions.

Experience working on Investwell CRM is preferred.

Valuable understanding of mutual fund operational processes and documentation.

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Team player with good communication skills.
