Operations Executive – International Recruitment

Role Purpose

Ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment operations, client servicing, MIS reporting, and administrative support for the firm’s overseas hiring projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage candidate coordination: interview scheduling, follow-ups, feedback collection, and offer progression.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, client requirement sheets, and candidate databases with high data accuracy
- Act as the primary support point for existing clients: handle documentation, contracts, job descriptions, and status updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on recruitment activity, closures, pipeline status, and KPIs.
- Assist in managing social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) for job postings, company updates, and employer branding.
- Provide administrative support: internal documentation, meeting coordination, and presentation preparation.




- Ensure compliance with data protection (GDPR) and internal SOPs for candidate and client information.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years in recruitment operations, HR coordination, or client servicing (staffing/recruitment firm experience preferred)
- Robust Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
