We are looking for an energetic and detailed-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day travel and tour operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling travel itineraries, coordinating with vendors/suppliers, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning, customizing, and executing domestic and international tour packages/itineraries.
- Coordinating with hotels, transport providers, local vendors, and airlines for bookings and rates.
- Managing end-to-end client tour operations and resolving any operational issues during the trip.
- Costing, quotation preparation, and voucher generation for clients.
- Maintaining vendor relationships and negotiating best rates for tour packages.




- Ensuring smooth coordination between sales, visa, and ticketing teams.

Requirements / Qualifications:

- Prior experience as a Tour Operations Executive or Travel Operations Specialist in a travel agency.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international tourist destinations and package costing.
- Solid multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic internet tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
