Operations Coordination intern - Delhi Duration: August and September 2026

We re looking for a proactive, organised, and energetic Operations Coordination intern to support the planning and coordination of Climate ChakraView, an immersive climate festival, by working closely with our core team from our Delhi office.

What you ll do

- Coordinate with team members across Delhi and Udaipur to ensure smooth execution of festival preparations
- Follow up with vendors, partners, and stakeholders on ongoing tasks
- Support bill collection, invoice management, and documentation
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely processing of payments and records
- Assist in festival mobilisation, participant coordination, and operational planning
- Help manage day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks
- Support the core team in tracking deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups

We re looking for someone who

- Is 21 years of age or older
- Is based in Delhi NCR and can work from our office




- Is confident in speaking and communicating with different stakeholders
- Is organised, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Enjoys coordinating with multiple people and keeping things on track
- Is proactive, takes ownership, and follows through on tasks without constant supervision
- Is comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and basic office tools
- Has prior experience in operations, administration, events, coordination, or community programmes (preferred, but not essential)
