Job Title: Operations Manager – Hotel / Resort

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the overall hotel/resort operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, maintaining high service standards, maximizing guest satisfaction, and achieving operational and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and Guest Relations
- Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve guest complaints
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, departmental performance, and operational costs
- Implement and maintain hotel SOPs and service standards
- Coordinate with Sales, Reservations, and Marketing teams to improve occupancy and revenue
- Manage staff scheduling, training, performance, and manpower requirements
- Control operational expenses and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, statutory, and hospitality standards
- Conduct regular operational reviews and prepare MIS/KPI reports
- Drive initiatives to improve guest experience,



service quality, and operational efficiency

Skills Required:

- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of hotel/resort operations
- Budgeting, cost control, and revenue management knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of PMS such as Opera, IDS, or similar systems

Qualification & Experience:

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management
- 8–15 years of experience in hotel/resort operations
- 3–5 years of experience in a managerial/leadership role

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, boutique properties, villas, or premium hospitality brands
- Strong exposure to Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Guest Relations, Reservations, and Revenue Management

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
