- ResponsibilitiesFactory &
- Production Management

- Run daily manufacturing operations for modular furniture and custom woodwork (cutting, edge banding, CNC, assembly, and finishing).

- Create production schedules based on active project demands and material availability.

- Maximize machine and worker productivity while lowering material waste and rework.

Quality Control &

- Logistics

- Set strict quality checks for raw materials and finished products before leaving the plant.

- Manage packing, labeling, and dispatch documentation to coordinate smoothly with site teams.

- Minimize transit damage and track delivery timelines accurately.

Project Execution &

- Site Coordination

- Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to plan installations.

- Solve on-site challenges and close out final snag lists quickly.





- Keep communication explicit between the design, factory floor, and client execution teams. [

Requirements &

- QualificationsExperience &
- Background

- Experience: 1 to 5+ years in modular furniture manufacturing, interior fit-outs, or turnkey interior execution.

- Leadership: Minimum 2 years in a management or supervisory role handling cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
