Hospital Operations Manager – Roles & Responsibilities

- Ensure smooth and effective day-to-day hospital operations.
- Coordinate with clinical, nursing, administrative, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, and support departments.
- Monitor patient flow, admissions, discharges, and service delivery.
- Supervise staff attendance, manpower deployment, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, NABH standards, and management policies.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, sanitation, and overall hospital facilities.
- Address patient complaints and operational issues promptly.
- Conduct regular hospital rounds and ensure corrective actions.
- Prepare and review operational reports and departmental performance.
- Implement management instructions and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support audits, inspections, quality initiatives, and staff training.
- Escalate critical operational issues to the Management/Medical Superintendent.

Pay: ₹15,306.92 - ₹50,000.00 per month
