Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance enquiries and customer requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple insurance companies.
- Coordinate for policy issuance, renewals, endorsements and documentation.
- Follow up with customers for quotation conversion and renewals.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain daily MIS, lead status and policy records.
- Handle customer queries and provide post-policy support.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal insurance processes.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably with an insurance broker/company. Positive knowledge of Motor Insurance, insurer portals, quotations, policy issuance, Excel and customer handling preferred.
Pay: ₹10,029.11 - ₹25,000.00 per month
