Role Description The Operational Executive role at HookoluPay is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahati.

The Operational

Executive will oversee day-to-day business operations, including monitoring transaction processes, ensuring adherence to internal policies, and supporting smooth delivery of banking and digital payment services. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing operational reports, resolving customer or partner issues, and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

and support compliance with relevant regulations and company standards. Collaboration, attention to detail, and a strong focus on reliability and service excellence are central to this position.

Qualifications

Robust operational management abilities, including process monitoring, workflow coordination, and problem-solving in a financial or service-oriented environment.

Knowledge or experience in banking, digital payments, or financial services, with an understanding of financial inclusion and customer-centric service delivery.

Proficiency in using standard office software and digital tools for reporting, documentation, and data analysis.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams, partners, and customers.

High level of accuracy, organizational skills, and reliability in managing daily tasks and documentation.

Ability to work on-site in Guwahati, manage time well, and adapt to changing operational needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in operations or financial services is an advantage.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services is beneficial.
