Experience: 2–5 years in hospital/healthcare operations

We are looking for an experienced and responsible OPD In-Charge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Outpatient Department and ensure smooth patient care and efficient coordination among doctors, nursing staff, front-office teams, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily OPD operations and patient flow.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, billing, diagnostics, and support teams.

Ensure timely appointments, consultations, and patient services.

Monitor staff attendance, performance, and workflow.

Handle patient queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.

Maintain proper OPD records, reports, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and quality standards.





Monitor waiting times and take corrective action to improve patient experience.

Coordinate with management regarding operational issues and daily reports.

Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth functioning of the OPD area.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline; Healthcare/Hospital Management qualification preferred.

2–5 years of relevant experience in hospital/clinic OPD operations.

Good communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and hospital management software is preferred.
