Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries on all online platforms.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their requirements.
- Explain product features, sizes, colors, pricing, and offers.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
Order Management
- Create and confirm customer orders.
- Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team.
- Ensure accurate billing and order processing.
- Track shipments and provide delivery updates to customers.
- Resolve order-related issues efficiently.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
