Role Description The Onsite Manager at Cozy Farms is a full-time role based on-site in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing daily farm-stay operations, including guest services, property maintenance coordination, and ensuring that all amenities are functioning smoothly.

Manager supervises staff schedules, manages vendor relationships, and monitors inventory and supplies to support a seamless guest experience. The role also includes handling guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing service requests, implementing safety and cleanliness standards, and reporting operational updates to management.

Qualifications

- Strong operations and facility management skills, with experience coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, and on-site services.
- Proven guest relations and customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive visitor experience.
- Team leadership and people management capabilities, including supervising staff, organizing schedules, and supporting a collaborative work culture.
- Organizational and administrative skills, such as basic record keeping, reporting, and managing vendors and supplies.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Hyderabad and respond to operational needs with flexibility, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in hospitality, farm-stays, resorts, or property management is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is beneficial.
