Role Description The O&M; Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day operation and maintenance of renewable energy assets, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance. This full time, on-site role in Coimbatore North includes monitoring equipment performance, conducting regular inspections, planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and coordinating with operations teams to minimize downtime.

The O&M; Engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, maintain detailed maintenance records, and support adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. The role also involves communicating technical findings to internal stakeholders,



collaborating with vendors and service providers, and contributing to continuous improvement of maintenance practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills to diagnose faults and ensure reliable equipment operation.
- Candidates should possess solid Electrical Engineering knowledge for safe handling, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and components.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance Management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, documentation, and spare parts coordination.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear reporting, coordination with cross-functional teams, and interaction with external partners.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
- Experience in operation and maintenance of renewable energy plants (wind, solar, or related) is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of safety standards, permits, and compliance requirements in industrial or power plant environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore North, including occasional extended hours or shift work as required by plant operations.
