Position: Office Boy / Office Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and hardworking Office Boy / Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of office areas.
- Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and document-related tasks.
- Deliver and collect documents, letters, and office materials.
- Assist with bank, courier, post office, and other outside-office work when required.
- Purchase office stationery, pantry items, and other necessary supplies.
- Maintain basic records of office supplies and inform management when stock is low.
- Assist staff with routine office tasks and administrative support.
- Receive and distribute courier and other deliveries.
- Help with setting up meeting rooms and arranging office requirements.




- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 8th pass
- Previous office assistant/office boy experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and basic interpersonal skills.
- Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-mannered.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks responsibly.
- Basic knowledge of reading and writing.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license would be an advantage.
