We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and hardworking Office Boy to support the day-to-day administrative and office activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, handling basic office errands, serving refreshments, and assisting staff with routine tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and basic hygiene of the office.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle office errands such as courier, banking, and document delivery.
- Assist with filing and arranging office documents and supplies.
- Purchase or collect office supplies as instructed.
- Keep the pantry and common areas clean and organized.
- Assist employees with routine office requirements.
- Support administrative staff with other day-to-day tasks.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum education:
10th pass preferred.
- Previous office/helper experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good communication and basic understanding of Hindi/Punjabi.
- Knows how to make tea and coffee.
- Basic knowledge of reading and writing.
- Honest, punctual, and dependable.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to handle routine physical tasks and local errands.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience.
