Job Summary

OET Trainers (Doctors) will be responsible to train medical professionals preparing for the Occupational English Test (OET). The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training focused on doctor-specific clinical communication, enabling candidates to achieve the required OET scores for overseas medical practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured OET training for medical doctors
- Train candidates in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules
- Provide specialized coaching on OET Writing (referral, discharge, and transfer letters)
- Conduct and assess doctor-specific speaking role-plays
- Evaluate performance and provide detailed, constructive feedback
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, mock tests,



and practice exercises
- Monitor and track student progress
- Stay updated with current OET exam formats, scoring criteria, and guidelines
- Conduct engaging online and/or classroom sessions

Eligibility Qualifications
- MBBS / MD / MS or equivalent medical qualification
- Valid medical council registration (preferred)
- OET-qualified or Certified OET Trainer (preferred)
- Minimum 1 3 years of experience in OET training or healthcare English training
