Company Description Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic supporting children with developmental delays, neurological conditions, and learning disabilities. The center offers specialized services including Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Counseling, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Individualized Education Programs. OCDRC focuses on holistic growth, helping each child develop social, physical, emotional, and intellectual abilities.

The team emphasizes high-quality, evidence-based therapy, robust parent involvement, and a warm, safe environment tailored to children with special needs.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Bengaluru.

The Occupational

Therapist will assess children with developmental and neurological challenges, design individualized intervention plans, and deliver therapy sessions focused on improving motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills. Daily responsibilities include documenting assessments and progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and adapting activities to support each child’s goals. The role also involves educating and guiding parents and caregivers,



contributing to individualized education programs, and maintaining a child-centered, safe therapy environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with experience in pediatric practice.

Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine relevant to child development and neurodevelopmental conditions.

Candidates should possess skills in Pediatrics, including understanding developmental milestones and pediatric assessment.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members.

Recognized degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy; current professional registration or licensure, where applicable.

Experience working with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, or neurological conditions is highly desirable.

Ability to develop individualized treatment plans, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and use evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and ability to engage children in structured and play-based therapy.
