Alienkind is looking for a passionate NPD Executive to join our Product Development team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in food product development, recipe standardization, or kitchen R&D.; This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with recipes, improving products, and working closely with operations to launch new food offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing new food products and recipes.

Conduct continuous recipe trials and product testing to improve quality and innovation.

Develop seasonal menus and introduce innovative product concepts aligned with brand vision.

Refine and optimize existing recipes for consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Ensure all products have detailed and accurate SOP recipes.

Support seasonal menu development and limited-time product launches.

Design packaging concepts and contribute to product presentation and branding.





Plan and streamline logistics and operational cycles for newly developed products.

Stay updated with current food trends and customer preferences.

Collaborate closely with operations and training teams to ensure successful implementation of products Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a relevant Culinary degree.

1–2 years of experience in Recent Product Development (NPD), R&D;, Central Kitchen, Bakery, QSR, Café.

Strong understanding of food innovation, product development, and kitchen operations.

Ability to create structured SOPs and maintain recipe consistency.

Creative mindset with a strong eye for flavor, presentation, and market trends.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Self-driven, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of projects.

A go-getter attitude with the ability to lead and drive innovation.
