Position: Non-Voice Chat Support Intern

Location: Chennai Key Responsibilities
Provide chat and email support to B2B customers.
Resolve customer queries professionally within SLA.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Deliver excellent customer service with a problem-solving approach.
Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets. Eligibility
Positive written and verbal English communication.
Strong typing and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of Windows.
Ability to multitask and work independently. Stipend & Perks
Monthly Stipend: ₹12,000
Attendance Incentive: ₹4,000/month (100% attendance)
Total Earnings: Up to ₹16,000/month
Transport allowance provided (as per company policy).
Training Batches: Starting from 21 September (multiple batches available)
