Location: Anywhere in India
Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL architecture, internals, query optimization, indexing, partitioning, locking, concurrency, replication, high availability, and disaster recovery.
Deep hands-on experience with AWS database technologies including Aurora MySQL, RDS SQL Server, Redshift, and cloud-native database services.
Architect and implement automated database deployment pipelines using Flyway, Liquibase, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent CI/CD platforms.
Establish Database-as-Code standards, version control, automated migration management, rollback strategies, and deployment governance.
Design scalable database architectures supporting multi-terabyte datasets
Lead advanced performance tuning initiatives including execution plan analysis, indexing strategies, query optimization,



statistics management, and workload balancing.
Work with Architecture team to create enterprise standards for database design, naming conventions, data modeling, stored procedures, indexing, security, monitoring, and operational excellence.
Create and govern database architecture patterns, reference architectures, and best practices across multiple development teams and product portfolios.
Provide and participate in technical leadership, architecture reviews, mentoring, and governance across development, DevOps, infrastructure, and support organizations.
Influence long-term database strategy, technology roadmaps, platform selection, and engineering standards across large, distributed teams.
