Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
Provide timely, accurate, and friendly support to customers
Understand customer needs and recommend the right products/services
Follow up with leads and close sales prospects
Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
Requirements
Good communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities

What We Offer
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹7,000
Shift: Night Shift (4:00 AM – 1:00 AM)
