Payroll: Adecco India Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month Job Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service at the branch. Assist customers with courier, logistics, and shipment-related services. Create and update customer and shipment details in the system.

Process bookings, invoices, and necessary documentation accurately. Resolve customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth shipment processing. Maintain accurate records and follow company SOPs.

Achieve service quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.



1–3 years of experience in Counter Sales, Customer Service, Front Office, or Retail Sales. Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
