Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Retail Counter Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide excellent service, and achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections.
Explain product features, purity, weight, pricing, making charges, and offers.
Assist customers in making purchase decisions.
Generate sales bills and coordinate with the billing team.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Maintain attractive product displays and counter presentation.
Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery stock.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.




Coordinate with inventory and showroom teams for stock availability.
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Follow showroom SOPs, grooming standards, and company policies.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer service and selling skills.
Positive presentation and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Honest, disciplined, and customer-oriented attitude.

Qualification
Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
Diploma or certification in Retail Sales or Jewellery will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
Experience in jewellery retail showroom sales is preferred.
Experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, or premium customer service will also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
