Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Design & Development Engineer with an aeronautical engineering background to support product design, development, and manufacturing documentation. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers eager to gain hands-on experience in mechanical and aerospace design.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development
Create 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and assemblies using tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or Fusion 360.
Develop design concepts based on requirements, specifications, and system-level inputs.
Perform basic design calculations, tolerance analysis, and preliminary structural/thermal checks.
Assist in material selection and identify suitable manufacturing processes considering performance and cost.

Manufacturing & Documentation




Prepare manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and GD&T; as per engineering standards.
Support prototype development and coordinate with manufacturing teams.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and design revisions.

Technical Skills Required
Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and 2D drafting.
Solid understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of GD&T;, tolerances, and engineering standards.
Familiarity with rapid prototyping, CNC machining, sheet metal, composites, or injection molding (preferred).
