Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Design Engineer-Inventor to join our team at Cyient Insights India Pvt Ltd. This role involves applying solid engineering concepts to design and develop creative solutions using SolidWorks, with a focus on independent problem-solving and execution.

Job Responsibilities:

Apply fundamental engineering concepts to design, develop, and test new products and systems.

Utilize SolidWorks for 3D modeling, detailed design, and technical drawing creation.

Conduct independent research and analysis to identify design opportunities and challenges.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions into larger projects.

Generate cutting-edge ideas and concepts, and translate them into feasible designs.

Perform design calculations, simulations, and analyses to ensure design integrity and performance.

Prepare and present design reviews, technical documentation, and project reports.





Manage individual design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Proven strong understanding and application of core engineering concepts (mechanics, materials science, thermodynamics, etc.).

Proficiency in SolidWorks for advanced 3D modeling, surfacing, and assembly design.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to design challenges.

Solid communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with product development lifecycle and manufacturing processes is a plus.
