Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation of safety policies, systems, and secure work practices across the plant.
Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to safety standards.
Drive safety audits, inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
Promote safety culture through training, awareness programs, and employee engagement.
Implement and sustain ISO 45001 Occupational Health &
Safety Management System.
Coordinate emergency preparedness, mock drills, and contractor safety management.

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mining, or related Engineering discipline.
Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred.

Required Experience
15+ years of experience in Industrial Safety within Cement, Power, Mining, Manufacturing, or Process Industries.
Experience in statutory compliance, safety audits, risk management, and safety management systems.
