Experience And Skills
Perform structural crashworthiness, Pedestrian Protection and occupant safety analysis using LS-Dyna
Execute Pedestrian safety simulations and evaluate pedestrian injury performance
Determine the appropriate countermeasures to meet the criteria if simulation outcomes are below target performance
Create detailed engineering documentation of simulation analysis by generating written reports and working with design engineers
Strong knowledge in automotive structure, crashworthiness, and safety performance
Hands-on experience utilizing the various safety CAE software packages for pre/post processing (ANSA, Primer etc.)
Robust analytical skills to make meaningful conclusions from CAE simulations
In-depth understanding of LS-Dyna explicit solver, material models is must
Solid knowledge of Automotive Crash Standards such as FMVSS, IIHS Euro NCAP, UNECE
Minimum Requirements
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in Automotive Crash analysis.
Knowledge of software tools required to carry out the required tasks
Knowledge of Python programming will be an added advantage
Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Robust Analytical skills.
Proficient skills in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Proficient time management and organisation skills
