Designation: Customer Data Analyst

Working Days : 5 Days a week

Shift: UK Day Shift

Work timing: 12.30 PM - 9.30 PM | 1.30 PM - 10.30 PM

Type of Process: UK Process

Candidate should have minimum 4+ Year experience along with below:
Excellent Written and Verbal English
Valuable computer knowledge and typing speed (Need someone who is positive with Excel and has done some data analysis work)
International client communication experience

The position would be responsible for,
Supporting clients on Sales & Operations.
Daily Client Communications.
Creating site plans to prepare quotations.
Uploading purchase orders on CRM.
Chasing client's customers for purchase orders.
Managing clients email inboxes.
Quote generation in CRM
Updating contacts in CRM.
Reporting client on daily basis with work completed.
