Position: Design Engineer

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
Diploma holders with robust technical experience may also be considered.

Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in product design, CAD modeling, or industrial equipment design.
Experience in pneumatic or mechanical component design will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop components such as pneumatic cylinders, valves, and other mechanical systems.
Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
Collaborate with production and R&D; teams to ensure designs are functional, manufacturable, and cost-effective.
Analyze design feasibility, perform tolerance stack-up, and ensure alignment with application standards.




Revise existing designs based on testing, customer feedback, and performance data.
Document designs and maintain version control for all technical files and drawings.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for prototyping and production support.

Salary Range
₹18,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance).

Skills Required
Proficiency in design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
Knowledge of GD&T;, manufacturing processes, and material selection.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.
