About the Role:We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the recruitment industry. The role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes, candidate management, and employer branding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and social platforms.
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communication.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities from job posting to onboarding.
Update and manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
