Job Overview We are seeking an experienced General Manager – MEP Design to lead the MEP engineering team for large-scale commercial buildings, residential complexes, and infrastructure projects. The role requires robust technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams across complex engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead MEP design and engineering activities across major projects
Manage multidisciplinary design teams across electrical, mechanical,



and HVAC systems
Oversee project design delivery, timelines, and quality standards
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements
Review technical designs and optimize engineering solutions
Support project planning and design strategy for large infrastructure projects

Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
10–15 years of experience in MEP design and engineering projects
Robust expertise in at least one discipline: Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC
Experience working on large commercial buildings or infrastructure projects
Hands-on experience managing project design teams
Solid knowledge of MEP design software and engineering tools
