Location: Model Town, Ludhiana

Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, influencer marketing, and social media management. Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Identify, approach, and onboard influencers for promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely content delivery and campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
Generate quality leads through digital marketing initiatives.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
Create engaging content in coordination with the creative team.
Analyze campaign performance using digital marketing tools and prepare reports.




Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Required Skills
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Understanding of Facebook and Instagram marketing.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in influencer outreach is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, or AI marketing tools is preferred.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing background preferred).
Freshers with strong digital marketing knowledge are welcome to apply.
Prior experience of 6 months to 2 years will be preferred.
