Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain batch and real-time data pipelines for time-series healthcare data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into engineering solutions.
Manage and optimize data ingestion, processing, and storage using up-to-date data engineering tools.
Develop and maintain data models, databases, and data lakes to support analytics, reporting, and ML workflows.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to ensure data quality and uptime.
Work with DevOps and ML Ops teams to deploy and monitor data services in production.
Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy standards (HIPAA, SOC2, ISO27001).
Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in data pipelines.
