We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team in the EV Charging and Solar Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer communication, lead follow-up, client support, and maintaining solid customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Provide product and service information to prospective customers.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Support sales and business development activities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience in Academic Counselling, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
Required Skills
Fluent communication in Kannada, English, and Malayalam.
Solid interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Good telephone etiquette and communication abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced setting.
Preferred Experience
Academic Counsellor experience.
Telecalling or Customer Support experience.
Experience in Solar, EV Charging, Renewable Energy, or related industries is an added advantage
