Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Designer with solid expertise in the leather industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing premium leather products, including bags, belts, and wallets. The candidate should be creative, trend-aware, and capable of developing innovative product designs aligned with market requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop recent leather products, including bags, belts, and wallets.
Create innovative product concepts based on market trends and customer preferences.
Prepare design sketches, technical drawings, and product specifications.
Coordinate with the product development and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility.
Select appropriate leather materials, trims, accessories, and finishes.
Develop prototypes and oversee sample development.
Ensure products meet quality, functionality, and aesthetic standards.
Research global fashion trends,



materials, and competitor products.
Maintain design documentation and product specifications.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Leather Design, Product Design, or a related field.
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in the leather industry.
Proven experience designing Leather Bags, Belts, and Wallets.
Strong understanding of leather materials, construction techniques, and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of current fashion and leather market trends.
Experience in product development from concept to production.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Positive presentation and time management skills.
