Job Responsibilities:
Provide desktop and deskside support to end users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Install, configure, and upgrade Windows operating systems and software.
Install patches and perform hardware/software break-fix activities.
Support MS Office and other business applications.
Handle basic networking issues including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, and routers.
Set up and support audio/video conference rooms.
Provide support to VIP and VVIP users with excellent communication skills.
Use tools such as Putty, TeamViewer, TFTP Server, and Webex for troubleshooting.

Required Skills:
4+ years of experience in Desktop/EUC Support.
Valuable knowledge of Windows OS and desktop troubleshooting.




Basic networking knowledge.
Robust English communication skills.
Experience supporting VIP/VVIP users.
Knowledge of Cisco devices is preferred. CCNA certification is an advantage.

Mandatory Requirements:
Laptop with Windows OS and admin rights.
Cisco Console Cable.
Ability to connect and troubleshoot Cisco routers.
Knowledge of Webex, Putty, and TeamViewer.
Ready to travel to client sites if required.

Pay: ₹8,786.58 - ₹35,441.02 per month
