Key Responsibilities
Own L3 support and governance for Elasticsearch and Elastic Observability.
Perform advanced root cause analysis (RCA) for critical production incidents.
Design, optimize, and maintain Elasticsearch clusters, indexing strategies, ILM policies, shards, and replicas.
Configure and optimize Elastic Agent, Beats, Logstash, and ingestion pipelines.
Develop Kibana dashboards, SLOs, service health dashboards, and operational reports.
Implement Machine Learning, anomaly detection, and predictive alerting.
Lead platform upgrades, migrations, scaling, and performance tuning.
Integrate Elastic Stack with ITSM, CMDB, CI/CD, and automation platforms.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, and SRE teams.
Mentor L1/L2 engineers and establish observability best practices.
