Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (VMC, HMC, CNC Lathe, and SPM).
Diagnose and repair electrical faults in CNC control panels, PLCs, servo drives, spindle drives, and electrical circuits.
Troubleshoot CNC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.), servo motors, encoders, sensors, relays, and contactors.
Inspect and maintain electrical panels, MCCs, SMPS, power supplies, and machine wiring.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC I/O layouts.
Replace faulty electrical components and ensure machines are restored with minimal downtime.
Perform machine calibration, parameter backup/restore, and alarm troubleshooting.
Maintain maintenance records and coordinate with production to reduce machine downtime.




Follow electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules.
