Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure the smooth functioning of all systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, hotel policies, and engineering procedures.
Maintain maintenance records and complete assigned work orders accurately.
Coordinate with the Engineering team to ensure productive day-to-day operations.
Minimize equipment downtime and support uninterrupted hotel operations.

Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.
Prior experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance is preferred.
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Valuable communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
