Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry & Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage customer interactions while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities Data Entry
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets.
Verify and review data for errors before submission.
Organize and maintain digital records and documents.
Generate reports as required.
Ensure data confidentiality and security.

Telecalling
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Answer inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company products or services clearly.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Record call outcomes and update customer information.
Meet daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).




Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Positive verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong typing and data management skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Quick and accurate typing speed.
Customer handling and convincing skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
