Job Summary

Toliday Trip Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Domestic Destination Expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of domestic travel destinations, and the ability to design customized travel packages while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end domestic holiday package inquiries and bookings.

Design customized travel itineraries based on client requirements.

Provide destination information, travel guidance, and package recommendations.

Prepare quotations and follow up with clients for conversions.

Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other travel vendors.

Handle booking confirmations, amendments,



cancellations, and refunds.

Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Stay updated on domestic travel trends, destinations, and travel policies.

Maintain accurate booking records and client data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Domestic Destination Expert in the travel industry.

MBA / PGDM / Graduate preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Robust knowledge of domestic destinations, holiday packages, and travel planning.

Positive negotiation, sales, and customer service skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour
