About Us

Luster Services Private Limited is a growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in Data Entry, Data Processing, Quality Assurance, Back Office Support, Customer Support, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Executives to join our growing Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately in company systems.
Verify and validate information before submission.
Maintain electronic records and databases.
Perform data quality checks and correct discrepancies.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Coordinate with Team Leads and Quality Analysts to ensure data quality.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.




Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
Typing accuracy of 95% or above is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
