Location: Bengaluru | Full time, In office

About the Role: Prayoga is looking for an Impact & Donor Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and presenting impact reports, analysing financial data, and ensuring transparency in donor communications. You’ll work closely with the finance and program teams to maintain accuracy, compliance, and clarity in all donor and impact reporting.

Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in donor reporting, impact communication, or CSR/NGO reporting
Solid analytical and communication (written & verbal) skills
Proficiency in finance/impact reporting and presentation design
Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to multitask
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
