Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 5–10 engineers in the design and development of advanced electronic industrial products such as Touch Panel HMIs and PLCs.
Take full ownership of design activities from concept through to production-ready prototypes.
Oversee hardware, firmware/software, and mechanical design processes to ensure seamless integration and high-quality outcomes.
Drive innovation and cost-effective design approaches aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and product delivery.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation for team members.
Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.
Ensure compliance with product design standards, quality, and safety requirements.





Prerequisites
Hands-on experience in hardware, software, and firmware development.
Proven experience in end-to-end product design and development.
Robust project management and people management capabilities.
Experience with microcontroller-based design projects.
Familiarity with Freescale ColdFire processors and CodeWarrior tools.
Knowledge of open-source tools and RTOS settings is desirable.
Experience in Touch Panel HMI and PLC design is an advantage.

Minimum Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience including product design and supervisory responsibilities.
